Legacy utilizes the services of three highly skilled Engineers, licensed in the State of California.  (Engineers are sub-consultants / independent fees).

Legacy provides our clients with sub-consultant design services, compiled of highly qualified designers and licensed Architects to address all design issues.

This is where we shine.  Legacy Inspectors are highly skilled, with many years of experience identifying deficient elements of construction.  

Legacy provides forensic investigation services to identify the origin of construction defects, water intrusion, or problem solving for design issues.
