Reimbursements
Any expenses incurred by Legacy in the performance of rendering services for the client, shall be reimbursed by the client at the rate of the actual cost of the expense incurred by Legacy. All such expense shall be agreed to by the client, in writing, prior to rendering such service, or incurring such expense.
Sub-Contractor Fees
All of our Sub-Consultants are independent agents, and as such all fees for Sub-Consultant services are negotiated by the Sub-Consultant.
